Medical Secretary for Clinical Pathology and Physiology Clinic

We are looking for a medical secretary for a shared assignment at the Clinical Pathology and Physiology Clinic.

Your primary employment will be at the Physiology Clinic.

At the Physiology Clinic, you will be offered a varied and exciting job as a medical secretary. We are a small clinic with about 30 employees. You will be welcomed to a pleasant workplace and team characterized by good cooperation. Together, we create a positive atmosphere. As a medical secretary at the Physiology Clinic, you will work with many different tasks including referral management, appointment booking, Tele Q, scanning, handling of governing documents, invoicing, etc. Our patient administrative system is Sectra RIS/PACS for referral management, booking, response handling, etc.

As a medical secretary in Clinical Pathology, you will work with varied administrative tasks in close collaboration with other professional categories. Your main tasks will include dictation writing, mail handling, glass scanning, and other administrative efforts that support daily operations. You will work in the laboratory data system SymPathy and to some extent Cosmic. Here, you will play an important role in a quality-conscious organization where there is always room for learning and development.

The job involves many internal and external contacts regarding patient and other administrative matters.

As a medical secretary with us, you will have the opportunity to develop and take responsibility for special areas.

Your working hours are scheduled Monday to Friday.

About You

You are a trained medical secretary or healthcare administrator. The job requires good knowledge of medical terminology, the Swedish language, and telephone skills. Good knowledge of IT and the Office suite is an advantage. You are structured, take responsibility for your tasks, and can prioritize. To thrive in the role of medical secretary, it is essential that you enjoy providing good service to both patients and colleagues, and that you feel comfortable in contact with patients. You also adapt easily to changing circumstances and see opportunities in changes.
