Job Description

As an HR and payroll administrator with a financial focus, you will become a key person in our organization – a role where you combine structure with care and have the opportunity to influence both tasks and processes. You will have full responsibility for payroll management for approximately 65 employees, both salaried and hourly workers. You ensure that all employees receive the correct salary on time by managing payroll data, calculating salaries, taxes, benefits, and deductions, as well as handling expenses. You are also our contact with external parties such as insurance companies and other authorities, making you a central part of creating security and order.
We offer you a dynamic and varied everyday life. You provide support and service to managers and employees, answer questions, guide and mentor your colleagues. In addition to payroll administration, you will help shape the employee experience, from contributing an HR perspective during recruitment to ensuring a welcoming introduction for new colleagues. As an HR and payroll administrator, you will be part of the company's Work Environment Group.
The role also includes financial tasks such as accounts receivable and payable, as well as other administrative elements. This is a broad and developing position for you who enjoy variation, responsibility, providing service, and creating value for both colleagues and our business. The position is located in Kalmar, full-time with working hours from 07:00 to 16:00, and you will report to the CFO.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with an education in finance and payroll administration. You may be newly graduated and ready to take on your first comprehensive role, or you may have several years of experience in payroll and finance. The most important thing is that you have the will and ambition to develop, a strong commitment, and a flexible attitude.
You are meticulous and structured in your work approach while maintaining a high level of service and a professional demeanor. You enjoy variation and can easily switch between different tasks, prioritize, and maintain order even when the pace is high. As a person, you are helpful, have a digital interest, and see opportunities to use technology to streamline work.
We would like you to have an interest in HR issues and feel comfortable meeting people in various situations. Your communication skills allow you to build trust and establish good relationships with both colleagues and external contacts.
Your Swedish language skills are good, both spoken and written. You have a high level of IT proficiency and experience with MS Office.
If you have experience with Fortnox and Visma 600, this is highly meritorious.
