JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

This spring, we are looking for an engaged and driven intern for our HR department. As an HR intern at Bergkvara, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR partners and contribute to various HR processes and projects. You will gain a broad insight into HR work and be involved in everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee development and workplace environment issues.

Your tasks will include:

• Supporting the HR team in the recruitment process, including advertising, selection, and interviews.
• Planning and executing recruitment campaigns to attract both new employees and more women to our industry.
• Participating in the development and implementation of HR policies and guidelines.
• Being involved in the planning and creation of training programs.
• Handling administrative tasks related to personnel issues.
• Participating in the development of our workplace environment efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Studying a post-secondary education in HR, human resource management, behavioral science, or similar, and have an internship as part of your education.
• Have an interest in HR issues and want to develop in recruitment, workplace environment, competence development, and HR administration.
• Have good communication skills and enjoy collaborating with different parts of the organization.
• Be structured, meticulous, and able to take initiative.
• Have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
