Work will vary between day, evening, and night.

Your job is important

The area of responsibility covers the entire municipality, which includes both special accommodations and home care. During the day, you work as a district nurse, while in the evenings and weekends, you work across the municipality. The work is free and independent, and you plan your own days, which requires initiative, responsibility, and professionalism from you. In addition to patient-related work, including assessments, examinations, information, and counseling, you also play an important role in collaboration with other professional categories such as occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and nursing staff. In home care, we have a wide range of different areas of work where you need to have good self-awareness and communication skills.

This is you

You enjoy working both independently and in a team, have the ability to mentor and inspire nursing staff. You are a licensed nurse with a holistic view of the patient, innovative and reflective approach. You enjoy challenges in your work that promote development in the organization. You are comfortable with IT-based journal systems and can express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish. It is an advantage if you have several years of experience as a nurse.
