About Us

Närhälsan Olskrokens Rehabmottagning is centrally located in Gothenburg.

The clinic is in close proximity to Närhälsan's health center with which we collaborate. The clinic has just over 20 employees, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and administrative staff. We are a team that enjoys working together and believe it is important to have fun at work. We have regular internal training and practical training sessions.

New employees are offered a mentor for support at the start of their employment. At the workplace, we actively work on development to continuously improve our methods and meet our customers' needs in the best possible way.

About the Job

Your tasks include examining, diagnosing, and treating patients of all ages with issues and injuries from the entire musculoskeletal system, such as pain, neurology, mental health issues, and other medical conditions. Together with the patient, a personalized rehabilitation plan is developed. The work is largely conducted at the clinic, but home visits and digital consultations also occur. Treatment of the patient is conducted both individually and in groups.

The work involves close collaboration with other professionals, both within the unit and with other partners. You and your colleagues share responsibility with the manager for the development of the operations in an ongoing improvement process.

About You

You are a licensed physiotherapist. Previous experience in outpatient care is an advantage, but we also welcome newly graduated candidates.

We are looking for someone who is ready to take on the challenge of working independently, organizing, and planning your work effectively based on set goals. You can handle uneven workloads and unforeseen events. Since you will meet many different people in your work, it is important that you are accommodating and adapt your communication to the situation.

About the Recruitment Process

The selection process occurs in two stages. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who call candidates for a phone interview. After the application period, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of applicants and invites them for an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this is so we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
