We are now looking for a self-driven dental nurse who understands the importance of good service and a positive attitude

Main tasks and responsibilities

Folktandvården Stenungsund is located in the city center. The clinic is newly renovated, bright, and fresh. There is parking available at the clinic and at Stenungstorg. The train and bus station is only a 5-minute walk from the clinic. We provide dental care to 25,000 residents in the municipality, of which about 6,000 are children.

You will have cheerful, friendly colleagues and favorable working conditions. The clinic is open from 07:00 to 19:00, and you will work until 19:00 two days a week.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in examinations and treatments
• Working with your own patients in prophylaxis treatments, onboarding, oral health counseling, or acclimatization treatments
• Working in sterilization and reception

Qualifications and profile

• Qualified dental nurse with an approved education from MYH (Swedish National Agency for Higher Vocational Education)
• Interest in both pediatric and adult dental care
• Proficiency in the Swedish language equivalent to Swedish high school or Swedish C1 in both spoken and written form
• Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively and wisely
• Ability to present a stable and calm impression even when there is a lot to do
• Ability to collaborate and relate to others in a responsive manner

If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored mentoring program during your initial period. The mentoring program is part of our two-year development program for newly qualified dental nurses.

About the recruitment process

If you are not already employed with us, you will be contacted by a recruiter from the HR unit for an interview. After the application period ends, the clinic manager will select candidates and invite them for an interview at the clinic.
