Responsible for Substitute Recruitment and Practical Support

Merit is a growing education and coaching company run by educators. We work on behalf of municipalities and in close collaboration with employers to create training programs that lead to employment. Here, participants are at the center, and the team spirit is strong.

We are now looking for someone to work as a substitute recruiter and practical support, becoming an important part of our daily operations.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for substitute recruitment during instances of illness and other short-term needs. You ensure that the right person is in the right place and have the ability to see both the practical and pedagogical benefits of various substitute solutions. You also play an important role in providing practical support, for example by:

• preparing and providing computers, phones, and other equipment for new staff

• collaborating closely with management and colleagues to ensure smooth operations

The job requires flexibility and readiness to work when needs arise – sometimes at short notice.
