Your New Job

As a Security Technician at Bravida, you will work independently to perform service and installations of security solutions for our customers. If you enjoy working with modern technology and providing excellent service, this is the job for you. No two days are the same! In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and install security solutions for our clients. Your tasks will include:

• Installation and service of all products within the fire category.
• Actively working to create, maintain, and develop customer relationships.
• Managing after-sales, service, and instructing our customers on the use of their security systems.
• Occasionally acting as technical sales support for our project managers.
• Participating in Bravida's improvement efforts.
• Daily contact with our customers.
• Investigations/troubleshooting and proposals for action.

You will be responsible for executing each assignment according to our high standards of quality and safety. The work involves both technical problem-solving and significant customer interaction.

Your New Team

At Bravida in Umeå, we have departments in Electrical, Plumbing, Ventilation, Facility Management, Sprinkler, Automation, and Fire & Security. We currently have 28 employees in the Fire & Security branch where you will be employed. We believe it is equally important to do the job well and to have fun together. Our customers include universities, property owners, property management companies, grocery retail, energy supply, and municipalities. We have a broad customer base and need reinforcements in several areas.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience working independently.
• Has previously worked in fire safety.
• Holds a valid driver's license (B).

Since you will be working in a security-classified environment, a security clearance is required before employment.

As a person, you are responsible and driven. You build long-term relationships with our customers and contribute with high competence in fire safety. Furthermore, you maintain a high level of activity and collaborate with your colleagues to achieve the department's goals. The role involves a lot of customer contact, which means you need to have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
