We are now looking for a negotiation strategist who wants to take a place in a competent HR team and contribute to an employer brand that is both stable, brave, and forward-looking. Here, you will be a key player in creating good relationships, clear processes, and sustainable solutions for the entire municipality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In Östra Göinge, we believe that people grow when they are given the right conditions. As a negotiation strategist, you will be an important part of creating security, clarity, and good relationships in an organization that wants to move forward.

You will guide managers and colleagues in labor law issues, manage cases from start to finish, and make complex regulations understandable in everyday life. You will be a central voice in our negotiations and collaboration meetings, contributing to building trusting relationships with both managers and trade union representatives.

The work includes both exciting and less exciting tasks, and overall, it is a very developing role. As part of our HR team, you will have a workplace with short decision-making paths, high engagement, and the opportunity to truly influence the municipality's employer work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with an academic degree in human resources or equivalent, or long experience that provides comparable competence. You have several years of experience in qualified HR work and are accustomed to handling negotiations and labor law issues independently.

You are analytical, pedagogical, and attentive, and you know that really good collaboration is built on respect, clarity, and a touch of curiosity. You enjoy working independently and are happy to take responsibility for the whole, while also being able to collaborate when a question requires multiple perspectives. You switch between structure and flexibility and build trust by being clear, attentive, and respectful. We want openness and knowledge sharing to be a natural part of everyday life.

Simply put, you like order but understand that people are rarely neatly categorized, and that is precisely what makes this role so important.
