Apply for the position of Service Advisor with us at Malmö Bilcentrum AB and become a part of our team. We are a Kia dealer in Malmö and operate a business with new car sales, used car sales, service workshop, reconditioning, and spare parts sales.

As a Service Advisor, you are the first person a customer meets when they have a matter at the workshop. You become the company's face to the public along with your colleagues in customer reception.

Your work includes helping customers via phone, email, and in-person with:

• Advice

• Quotes for workshop repairs

• Bookings

• Upselling

• Writing work orders

• Receiving and handing over cars

• Processing payments

• Working in Cabas (insurance cases)

• Selling tires

To thrive as a Service Advisor, you should enjoy working in an advisory role towards customers in a sometimes fast-paced environment. This requires a high level of service awareness, good communication skills, and the ability to handle a job where a lot is happening at the same time. We see our new colleague as a cheerful, energetic, and service-minded person. A team player who does not hesitate to support their colleagues and contributes to a good atmosphere in the team. Experience from the automotive industry is not a requirement; we are looking for someone who loves working with service and has an interest in cars. Requirements: B driver's license (manual), proficiency in Swedish both spoken and written, and computer skills.

Meritorious: Experience working with programs like Imaweb Kobra and Cabas. Experience in customer reception in the automotive industry.

The position is a permanent full-time role with a six-month probationary period. The application deadline is 8/2. A collective agreement exists. Working hours are according to a schedule that is 06:45-15:45 and 08:00-17:00.
