Now we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator

We are now looking for a Marketing Coordinator who wants to strengthen our digital presence and brand through relevant, inspiring, and sales-oriented content. The position is a permanent employment at 100% with a 6-month probation period. You will report to the Marketing Manager. Start date as soon as possible.

About the role

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be an important part of our marketing team and work closely with our Marketing Manager. The role suits you if you have some experience creating content for social media and digital channels – and want to continue growing in an environment where you receive both responsibility and support.

You will work both creatively and structurally, drive your own tasks forward, and actively contribute to developing our digital channels. Here you will have the opportunity to combine operational work with shaping ideas, concepts, and campaigns based on results and analysis.

Your main responsibilities

  • Implement marketing activities according to the marketing plan and brand strategy.
  • Plan, produce, and publish content for social media, web, and other digital channels, including optimization for the best results.
  • Ensure that the website and booking channels are updated and brand-enhancing.
  • Create simpler graphic material in Canva, based on existing brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to idea and concept development for campaigns, offers, and communication.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent communication throughout the guest journey.
  • Participate in project management and further develop the hotel's event calendar.
  • Stay updated on trends in digital marketing and the tourism industry.

You will also participate in internal meetings and training and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a university or college degree in marketing, communication, or similar.
  • Has practical experience with social media and content production – either through 1-2 years of work, internships, part-time jobs, student projects, or freelance assignments.
  • Has a good understanding of digital trends and how to create engaging content.
  • Is creative, structured, and has an eye for detail in both text and visual expression. At the same time, you enjoy analyzing results and improving things.
  • Thrives in working independently but also in close collaboration with others.
  • Has a solution-oriented and sales-oriented approach.
  • Communicates fluently in Swedish and has good knowledge of English.

Experience with basic video production, Canva, and working in Meta and Later is a plus but not a requirement. Experience with the Danish market is also a plus.
