About the company
Elbogen Electric is one of Sweden's leading suppliers of electrical connection equipment within power distribution and automation. Here, there is solid expertise in sales, design, project management, manufacturing, and installation. Elbogen offers products, services, and support within two different business areas:
1) Contracting with everything from smaller electrical panels and junction boxes to complete power contracts up to 24kV.
2) Industry, where they act as an OEM supplier of automation equipment.

About the role
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a central role in Elbogen's continued growth in the region. You will be responsible for driving sales within your region, focusing on solutions within switchgear, panels, automation, and power. Your mission is to create business opportunities, build long-term customer relationships, and secure profitable deals. The role includes, among other things:
Sales and customer visits within your region
Active work in CRM systems for follow-up and planning
Prospecting new customers and nurturing existing contacts
Responsibility for budget, quotes, and business proposals
Participation in customer activities, trade shows, and networking events
About you
We are looking for someone with a genuine technical interest who is driven by making deals. You have documented experience in technical sales, preferably within electricity or automation, and are passionate about building and nurturing customer relationships over time. An existing network within the industry is advantageous, but not a requirement if you have the right drive and ambition. For the role, you need to have:
Documented experience in technical sales
Experience in relationship-building sales
Driver's license (B)
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
To succeed in the role, you are technically knowledgeable and have a good ability to understand customer needs and present solutions in a trustworthy manner. You work independently and in a structured way, take great personal responsibility, and thrive in a role where you drive your business forward. At the same time, you have a natural talent for relationship-building sales and are motivated by working towards clear goals and seeing concrete results. You are curious, engaged, and keep yourself updated within the industry, with the ambition to develop together with customers and the business.

Start: Immediately, by agreement Location: Southern Sweden, with regular travel days within the region
