We are now looking for a Digital Specialist for our client who wants to step into an ongoing assignment and quickly become a key player in the digital work. This is an interim assignment for those who enjoy working operationally, close to data, campaigns, and systems – and who want to make an impact from day one.

You will join a fast-paced organization with a clear focus on digital sales and CRM. The role combines hands-on work with advertising, analysis, and system-related tasks, while also contributing to the understanding of target audiences and digital flows.

The focus of the assignment is primarily on maintaining, securing, and following up existing digital functions, rather than developing new ones.

• Work operationally with digital marketing, advertising, and campaigns

• Develop, analyze, and follow up on target audiences and segments

• Conduct traffic analysis, data collection, and reporting related to web and sales

• Ensure that the web's purchase flow functions and request/demand web analysis

• Create dashboards and reports in analytical tools

• Collaborate closely with teams within digital sales and other internal functions

• Manage and troubleshoot in CRM and CMS systems

• Ensure compliance in areas such as cookie management and accessibility

• Have technical understanding and basic knowledge of HTML

• Have relevant academic education

• Are comfortable with digital analysis, campaign optimization, and performance measurement

• Have very good knowledge of Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager

• Have experience in creating dashboards and reports

• Have practical experience with CRM systems

• Have worked in CMS – Drupal is a requirement

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Experience in technical project management, databases, or system troubleshooting

• Worked with accessibility issues

• Good awareness of privacy, cookies, and digital regulations

• Unpretentious and easy to collaborate with

• Analytical with good business understanding

• Comfortable working operationally and rolling up your sleeves

• Thrives in a fast-paced and streamlined organization

• Start: Immediately

• Duration of the assignment: Until the end of April, likely until the end of May

• Language: Swedish and English
