About the role

As a sales associate at Järnab, you will be a key person in our physical store! You will serve customers within our wide range of welding machines and welding accessories, grinding and cutting tools, protective equipment, workwear, gas equipment, workshop machines, welding equipment, as well as tools for cutting, drilling, and processing metal. Your task is to provide advice, build relationships, and help customers find the right solutions.

The work is varied and includes everything from customer meetings and order management to inventory and picking management and customer outreach. You will be part of a close-knit team, where your ability to collaborate, sense of responsibility, and understanding of customer needs are important pieces of the puzzle to succeed together.

• Has experience from welding, workshops, construction, sheet metal, or similar technical fields
• Has a practical understanding of the customer's everyday life
• Is solution-oriented, practical, and used to taking responsibility
• Enjoys customer contact and has a service-oriented attitude
• Likes order and structure – you ensure that tasks are completed
• Is curious, wants to develop, and learn our products in depth
• Is easy to collaborate with and spreads energy to your colleagues
• It is an advantage if you have worked with the business system Pyramid, but it is not a requirement

The position is a permanent full-time employment that starts with a 6-month probationary period. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays from 07:00 to 16:00.Get started and apply!
