Driven Sales Leader with Attractive Bonus System

We are now looking for a driven sales leader who not only leads from the side but leads from the front in our showroom in Ängelholm.

This is a role for you who loves sales, is triggered by results, commissions, and growth – and who wants to build and scale a successful sales organization from the ground up.

🚀 About the Role

As a sales leader with us, you are our strongest seller. You lead by example and create high sales with good profitability.

You will have a clear mandate to:

  • Drive sales forward in our physical showroom – operationally and strategically.
  • Recruit, build, and develop a brand new sales organization in the showroom.
  • Train, educate, and coach the salespeople towards maximum growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

You are deeply involved in the business and work both hands-on and in a leading role.

🎯 Your Main Responsibilities

  • Be the most driven and successful seller in the organization.
  • Build, lead, and develop a new sales team from scratch.
  • Train and coach the salespeople in sales methodology, business acumen, and customer dialogue.
  • Be responsible for sales in the showroom, as well as via phone, email, and case management.
  • Actively target corporate clients such as restaurants, architects, and interior designers.
  • Work systematically to increase the influx of new customers and business.
  • Ensure high quality, strong customer relationships, and long-term profitability.

  • Thinks commercially and long-term about growth and profitability.

Previous experience in building or scaling sales is a plus – but the right drive and mindset are crucial.
