About the role
As an agent with us, you will play a central role in a well-established company with a clear growth strategy. You will be responsible for the entire sales process – from valuation and advice to negotiation and closure – as well as developing collaborations with housing associations, property owners, and construction actors. You will work closely with management and have a significant influence on business strategy, customer relations, and market development.
In your daily work, you will combine operational tasks with long-term business relationships, creating added value by deeply understanding the customer's needs and acting as a trusted advisor.

You are a confident and experienced agent who enjoys meeting people and wants to work more strategically than before. You have a natural business sense, a strong drive, and the ability to build trust at all levels.
We would like you to:

• Be a registered real estate agent with several years of experience in housing sales or housing association projects
• Have documented success in creating and developing business
• Be business-minded, proactive, and used to driving work independently
• Have strong local ties and a broad network within the real estate industry
• Be a skilled relationship builder with the ability to understand the customer's business and needs
• Want to contribute to development, leadership, and growth in a professional brokerage team
