Due to reorganization within the company, we are now looking for an employee to join Gärsnäs AB's customer support team.

About the Company

Gärsnäs is both future and past. In our family-owned factory in Österlen, furniture has been made since 1893. We manufacture furniture for people today, tomorrow, and for a long time to come. We now need to strengthen our team and are therefore looking for a colleague for our customer support.

Your Responsibilities

Our customer support is the hub of the business, and together with your colleague, you will work with:

• Order management
• Quote management
• Being the spider in the web between customer, production, suppliers, and transport companies
• Transport planning
• Updating our internal system
• Phone and email support
• Customer handling in-store
• Complaint management

Your Background/Your Qualities

To thrive in the role of customer support at Gärsnäs AB, we believe you have a strong interest in furniture, design, and interior decoration. You are a customer-focused team player with a strong commitment to your work. You enjoy working with extensive contact areas, are meticulous, and are used to planning your own work and prioritizing according to the business needs. The computer will be an important work tool, so you need to be proficient in the Office suite and have experience with some business system, preferably Monitor. You must be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and have a car and a driver's license.
