About the role

As a Sales Solutions Manager for the Outsourcing business area, your primary responsibility will be to drive new customer sales B2B, and you will be a central part of our continued expansion. Your focus will be on selling services in outsourced customer service and service desk. You will sell a service solution where we take responsibility for all or part of the customer's customer service and/or IT service desk. With us, you will independently manage the entire sales process – from prospecting and contacting potential customers to customer meetings, preparing quotes, contracts, closing, and follow-up. Of course, you will work systematically in our CRM system (Dynamics) and participate in fairs or other events. You will report directly to our sales manager and work closely with Barona's Service Centers business area manager, sales colleagues, and the marketing department.

You have excellent communication skills and are skilled at building relationships. Your passion for inspiring and motivating others, both customers and the team, will be crucial in achieving our common goals.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Several years of experience in B2B service sales within customer service and/or outsourcing operations
  • A relevant & personal network within the industry
  • Solid experience in new customer acquisition, handling tools such as phone, email, etc.
  • Experience working systematically in CRM systems
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
