We are looking for an engaged and business-driven salesperson who wants to be part of a company where simplicity, responsibility, long-term thinking, and drive are guiding stars in everything we do.

You will be a key person in our continued growth journey – where we care about both the business and job satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Driving profitable sales and active customer engagement measured by your own sales budget
  • Being responsible for your own customer portfolio with proactive outreach and appointment scheduling
  • Continuously developing customer relationships, both with existing and new customers
  • Analyzing customer needs and adapting our offerings within products and services
  • Following up on contracts and quotations within Building Materials and Hardware.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Documented experience in B2B sales and proactive selling
  • Good business understanding and the ability to create profitable solutions
  • Good knowledge of the construction industry and preferably ABM07
  • A structured approach and the ability to drive your work independently
  • Social competence, service mindset, and a solution-oriented approach
  • The ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships

To succeed in the role of customer responsible salesperson, it is important that you are self-driven, have a strong personal drive, and enjoy taking responsibility for the entire sales process – from the first contact to follow-up. You also need to have good social skills, be attentive to customer needs, and be able to build long-term relationships based on trust and business acumen.
