Diversa Solutions AB is expanding and is now looking for driven appointment setters and salespeople for our internal organization. The role is performance-based and suits those who want to work results-oriented with a high impact on both the company's growth and their own compensation.

As an appointment setter, you will book meetings for Diversa Solutions AB's own services and products. Compensation is based on commission based on the actual value generated from your meetings.

As a salesperson, you will work with selling the company's own services and products to both businesses and individuals. We are not resellers, which means significantly higher commissions.

Employment begins with a 1-month probationary period with commission-based compensation. After the probationary period, the role continues as an appointment setter and/or salesperson, with the possibility of increased responsibilities, including customer service and customer relations.

Working hours: Full-time, 08:00–17:00, Monday–Friday. Work is conducted exclusively on-site in Malmö.

Compensation: Performance-based commission. Appointment setters and salespeople are a central part of the company and the most important driving force in the business.

Requirements: Fluent Swedish in speech and writing. Very good computer skills. High discipline, work ethic, and stress resistance. Structured, independent, and results-oriented work approach. Immediate availability is required.

Meritorious: Appointment setting, sales (B2B/B2C), telemarketing, CRM/business systems, and previous performance-based roles.
