We are now looking for a new customer service representative for our client.

The company is a well-established security firm operating nationwide. The company has been around for over 15 years and is a leader in its industry when it comes to security and product quality.

You will work in an exciting company with strong growth and a great atmosphere in the office.

Your main responsibilities will be in the company's customer service. As a customer service representative, you will assist customers who call in with various inquiries and help them to the best of your ability.

The majority of the work involves dealing with customers who wish to cancel their services; your task will be to try to retain the customer. The customers are primarily companies with between 1 and 50 employees.

You will receive all the training needed for the company's products and services, as well as further training in sales and service.

We require that you have at least 3 months of previous experience in sales work.
