About the role

As a specialist in heat pumps, you are our primary expert for private customers. You primarily work with Daikin's heat pump solutions and are responsible for guiding customers to the right solution based on their home, energy needs, and long-term goals.

The role is advisory and business-oriented. You are responsible for the entire customer process from the first contact to the deal and handover before installation, working through physical customer visits, digital meetings, and phone calls.

You are also part of our overall business and identify, when relevant, opportunities to offer complementary energy solutions such as solar panels, energy storage, and charging boxes.

You will among other things:

• Process incoming leads and actively prospect new customers

• Conduct customer meetings, both on-site and digitally

• Analyze the customer's energy consumption and recommend the right heat pump solution

• Identify opportunities for upselling our other energy solutions

• Create and follow up on quotes

• Work closely with technicians, project managers, and inside sales for a smooth customer process

• You have documented experience in selling heat pumps to private customers

• You are knowledgeable in thermal energy and enjoy the role of advisory specialist

• You are business-driven, relationship-oriented, and goal-focused

• You have a B driver's license and appreciate freedom with responsibility
