We are now shifting gears and looking for a field sales representative to help the business take new steps on our growth journey as Scandinavia's largest supplier of headwear.

About the role
We want our new star to create the right feeling for the customer, where you, together with the rest of the organization, ensure that our sales move forward. As a field sales representative at Headwear, you are offered a varied job where you, as part of a sales team, are responsible for the sales of our products and services. Through high customer presence and a service-oriented mindset, you will be responsible for identifying, verifying, packaging, and finally selling future offers to our customers.
As a field sales representative, you will cover Central and Northern Sweden, but it may also become relevant to cover other districts and/or visit customers in Norway and Denmark. Your work will consist of relationship-building sales and developing business with existing customers, as well as new customer acquisition. This is a role for you if you enjoy being out in the field, have a genuine interest in doing business, are triggered by challenges, and like working towards high goals.

Your responsibilities
- Responsible for booking and conducting meetings with existing and potential customers via phone, digital meetings, and physical visits.
- Proactive customer processing to create upselling opportunities.
- Develop existing customer relationships as well as new customer acquisition.
- Work in a structured manner with an administrative mindset (CRM system is available).
- Present and demonstrate our products, negotiate terms, and draw up contracts.
Requirements
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license (Category B) and willingness to travel (approx. 60-80 overnight stays/year).
- High goals and a desire to achieve good sales results.
- Great drive and "thick skin".
- Not afraid to reach out to new people.
- A team player with a positive attitude.

In 2009, the company was established on the Scandinavian market, and with rapid expansion, it has become the market leader in our segment. In 2018 and 2019, the company received awards such as DI-Gasell and the title of Super Company from Veckans Affärer.
We have a collective agreement and are affiliated with the industry organization PMA (Product Media Association).
