About the position
As a car rental agent, you will provide service to our customers over the counter and by phone, as well as be responsible for the rental, booking, and invoicing of rental cars. The job also includes washing and delivering rental cars to other facilities, checking for any damages on vehicles, and ensuring that these are handled and documented. The tasks are varied, and you will both meet customers and create a broad internal network.

What we expect from you
We believe that you have experience in administrative work and are a proficient computer user, as well as possessing good knowledge of Swedish and English. We see that you have some form of experience in customer handling. If you have worked in the car rental industry and are a proficient user of the Hertz rental system, this is an advantage but not a requirement. As a person, you are unpretentious and cooperative and enjoy varied tasks. A B driver's license for manual transmission is a requirement for the position.
