Are you technically inclined and passionate about value-based sales? As a Mid Account Manager at EPLAN, you will play a key role in a market-leading company where you help customers streamline and digitize their processes in electrical design.



Your Role

As a Mid Account Manager at EPLAN AB, you will be a central part of our Nordic sales team and responsible for your own customer portfolio of medium-sized clients in the Swedish and Norwegian markets. Your mission is to understand the unique needs of customers and offer tailored E-CAE solutions that create real value.

You will work from our office in Ängelholm and primarily operate via phone, email, and Teams where you will hold digital presentations, reviews, and demonstrations. The role involves both new customer acquisition and management of existing clients, where long-term relationships and high service levels are crucial.

Examples of Responsibilities:

  • Generating leads and prospects
  • Handling incoming inquiries
  • Following up on campaigns
  • Supporting various sales activities
  • Responsible for your own budget and customer portfolio

This is a full-time position with a start date to be agreed upon.



Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a technical background in electrical engineering, automation, or a similar field, and experience in inside sales or a comparable role. You are driven by value-based sales and thrive in both relationship-building and structured work.

You are curious, energetic, and enjoy an environment where you take initiative and drive your business opportunities forward. Building strong customer relationships comes naturally to you, and you are confident in your ability to guide customers both in service and knowledge.

We would like you to:

  • Have a technical background in electrical engineering, automation, or a related field
  • Be proactive and accustomed to following up on business opportunities
  • Be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written (knowledge of other Nordic languages is a plus)
  • Have excellent communication skills and create positive, lasting relationships
  • Be IT-savvy with experience in Office and CRM systems
  • Be outgoing, service-oriented, and flexible
  • Have several years of experience in a similar role
