Key Account Manager
As a Key Account Manager at Clemondo, you will play a central and strategically important role with an initial focus on contract manufacturing and private label business. You will be responsible for developing and deepening relationships with some of our key customers and act as a long-term, business-oriented, and analytical partner.
In this role, you will drive the business from a holistic perspective – from customer strategy and business modeling to complex negotiations and cross-functional collaboration internally. You will represent Clemondo's strategic agenda towards the customer and function as a business advisor at multiple levels within the customer's organization.
The role is both strategic and operational, involving active shaping and development of high-complexity business. At the same time, you will contribute to Clemondo's long-term growth by gradually broadening your commercial responsibility and engaging in business development that spans more parts of the organization.
What we are looking for in you
We are looking for someone who is driven to build long-term business relationships in complex B2B environments and who is motivated to create sustainable business value – both for the customer and for the company.
You have a clear strategic height, an analytical approach, and a professional presence in dialogue with decision-makers. You are comfortable in complex environments where business is often long-term, volume-driven, and requires close collaboration between customer and supplier.
As a person, you are trustworthy, relationship-oriented, and driven by development. You are structured, data-driven, and professional in both preparation and execution, and you thrive in the role of a unifying force in cross-functional collaborations.
Your main responsibilities
- Develop and own long-term customer strategies based on the customer's business model, market, and future needs.
- Create and drive multi-year business plans with clear growth, profitability, and partnership goals.
- Develop customer-specific business models that optimize value, efficiency, and competitiveness for both parties.
- Lead complex negotiations regarding contracts, pricing structures, volumes, and long-term collaborations.
- Build and further develop relationships with decision-makers at multiple levels within the customer organization.
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion initiatives, both within existing businesses and from a broader business perspective.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional customer teams and ensure alignment between commercial, operational, and development-related functions.
- Work insight- and data-driven with business analysis, forecasting, portfolio management, and risk assessment.
Basic requirements
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
- Solid experience of strategic customer responsibility in complex B2B environments.
- Documented ability to develop and manage multi-year business relationships.
- Experience in advanced negotiations and larger business cases.
- Good business economic understanding and experience in working with analysis, calculations, and decision support.
- Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional collaborations with a focus on long-term value creation.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Driving license B.
Meritorious
• Experience in contract manufacturing, private label, or related business models.
• Experience in long-term volume businesses with high complexity.
• Familiarity with working closely with production, supply chain, or product development in customer business.

Other
Location: Helsingborg or Lammhult, with the possibility of hybrid work.
Travel: Regular travel within the Nordic region is included in the role.
