ABOUT THE POSITION:

As a technical purchasing coordinator, you will work closely with the business's projects where you will be involved when your area and expertise are needed. This can involve most things that can be found on board a vessel, such as electrical components or mechanical components, or you may become an expert in a material such as rubber. You will work to understand the business's needs and the complexity of certain components and materials, and assist in finding the right components and ensuring a quality and sustainable purchasing process. You will work independently in your role, driven by your curiosity and desire to fundamentally understand the business's needs.

You will belong to a purchasing department with several people in the same role and other purchasing functions such as purchasing project managers and material planners.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:

• Has a bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, economics, or equivalent
• Several years of experience working with technical components
• Experience in purchasing
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
