Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative

About the Position

As an inside sales/customer service representative at Solid, you have an important role as you are often the first contact a customer has with us. You must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you ensure satisfied customers and minimize their wait time on the phone. The customer service team is a small group with close collaborations with other departments within Solid.

Responsibilities

  • Sales of our products through both incoming and outgoing calls
  • Customer service via email and phone

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

  • has at least a high school diploma
  • has experience in some form of sales or customer service work.
  • can easily express themselves both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English. If you speak any additional languages, that is a plus.

You are engaged, driven, and motivated by working towards set goals.

We believe you are curious and have an easy time collaborating with others by being attentive and loyal. Being flexible during a workday is a given for you.

Employment form: The position is a permanent employment with an initial 6-month probationary period.

Employment degree: Full-time.

Compensation: Monthly salary plus commission.

Working hours: Working hours are scheduled between 08:00 – 16:45 or 09:15-18:00 Monday to Friday.

Location: Landskronavägen 23 in Helsingborg. With good transport links and free parking outside the building.

Important to Know

In the event of employment, you will be subject to suitability testing. According to current law, you cannot have debts with the Enforcement Authority exceeding 100,000 SEK as you will be working with insurance mediation. You will also need to provide an extract from the criminal record.
