ABOUT THE POSITION:

As an operational buyer, you will work with procurement of systems for submarines and surface vessels. You will work from the newly built office in Lund with tasks such as placing and administering purchase orders, following up delivery times, ensuring prices and terms, contacting suppliers, managing deviations, and producing various reports. In your role, you will assist and support more experienced strategic buyers. You will also be in contact with engineers and technicians in the company's various projects to gain insight and understanding of the business and procurement work.

You will work in a team with 14 colleagues in similar roles with different competencies and experiences. Here you will become part of a close-knit team characterized by helping each other and having a lot of fun together. There will be some travel days in the position, mainly to Karlskrona.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:

• Has completed a YH education in strategic purchasing or equivalent
• Experience with ERP systems
• Experience in service, planning, purchasing is an advantage
• Strongly advantageous with experience from the armed forces/military service
• Has a great interest in the defense industry
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where the client has requirements for security classification, this may involve requirements for certain citizenship.
