Ängelholm High School is an inspiring meeting place for knowledge and development. It is a large workplace - every day we welcome over 1500 students! To provide a good operation, we have about 200 employees.

Our school has motivated students and knowledgeable staff. Our high school programs are located in three different school units; Rönnegymnasiet, Valhall College, and Victoriaskolan. We have good results and strive to develop our operations in line with the surrounding world. Ängelholm High School receives media attention for both good initiatives from teachers and successful results among students.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an engaged and food-savvy entrepreneurial employee who wants to work with us at Ängelholm High School to meet and provide service to students and colleagues in our newly started café operation.

Your mission mainly consists of common tasks within the café operation. You need to have a sense for creating a pleasant atmosphere and you see it as natural that the school is met with a lovely scent of freshly baked goods! The position also includes training students from adapted schools and other relevant programs during their workplace-based time.

You will have a great opportunity to influence the offerings and layout of the operation, in consultation with the workgroup you will be part of. Together, we strive to continuously improve the operation.

The position is located at Rönnegymnasiet in central Ängelholm and you are expected to be on site during our opening hours from 07:30 to 16:30.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for skills in customer service, financial transactions, and food and beverage knowledge, as well as a B driver's license. It is essential that you have good insight into relevant cash systems, payment systems, and accounting. Great importance is placed on your ability to meet people from different age groups, and we would like you to have experience working with young people. It is also important that you enjoy having many people around you during work hours.

In your communication with both students and colleagues, you are attentive, flexible, and have a calm and friendly demeanor. Furthermore, you easily build trust in your various relationships. As a person, you are driven and curious to constantly learn new things. You see learning as an important part of both the youth's and your personal development.

Good collaboration skills, experience working in teams, and an interest in driving sustainable operations. The youth are your top priority, and you collaborate with students and staff in an unpretentious way to help the operation thrive.

Interviews will take place on-site on 11/2-26.
