Job Description
As an employee in the company's customer service department, you will have a varied job. You will work with customer-related issues where tasks may shift or be performed in parallel, always using phone and email as tools. You will primarily work with incoming calls and in assignments handling insurance matters. You will become part of a team where colleagues are always available for questions, community, and support in your daily work. In the team, there is always room for laughter while professionalism and development permeate the entire organization. In this company, service and sales are a natural part of daily work and a prerequisite for delivering a good customer experience.
Responsibilities
You focus on the customer in both large and small matters and are used to being professional in your customer interactions. We appreciate when you understand the importance of accuracy and structure as it is important to perform your daily tasks correctly from several perspectives.
Examples of your responsibilities:
- identify and resolve customer inquiries
- process and update customer records
- handle complaints, invoices, orders, etc.
- maintain price lists
- work proactively with upselling
Background
We are looking for someone who is at least 18 years old, meticulous, solution-oriented, and appreciates independent work. You have a strong work ethic, a flexible approach, and can naturally shift focus between different tasks. Previous experience in service and/or sales is not a requirement but is an advantage. You should have good communication skills and express yourself well in both spoken and written language. You need to be able to make yourself understood and understand Norwegian-speaking and writing customers. We are looking for someone who wants to develop in this role and sees the challenge in delivering good service to customers in all situations.
For the position, it is required that you:
- are fluent in Swedish
- are quick to learn new systems
What can we offer you?
- Full-time position: Working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Salary: We offer a monthly salary of 23,746 SEK/month
- Thorough training and coaching: You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing follow-up with support from a coach who helps you develop and succeed in your role.
Training on the job will start as soon as the recruitment process is complete. You will be employed by Barona with additional benefits through a collective agreement. The position is full-time and starts immediately. The assignment initially runs for 6 months with a chance of extension, with the goal of the position transitioning to a permanent employment with the client. Once you are familiar with the tasks, there may be an opportunity to work partially from home.
