Your new job

Pragati is part of the ECIT group, which is an outsourcing company in accounting, payroll, and IT. As two of our employees are going on parental leave, we are looking for two payroll consultants to serve as substitutes until August 2027, with the possibility of permanent employment. Despite our growth, we cherish a family culture and have employees with high competence. In your role as a payroll consultant with us, you will play a key role in our team. You have a genuine interest in businesses and entrepreneurship as you will be an active partner to small and medium-sized enterprises. At Pragati, we work in teams, where you will be responsible for payroll management for multiple companies and ensure compliance with regulations and agreements. You will also work with consulting and support for our customers to ensure smooth and efficient payroll management. Therefore, you should have good experience in payroll work with a habit of being responsible for the entire payroll process.

Qualifications

• Degree in payroll from a vocational education, university, or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in independent payroll work.
• Solid knowledge of Swedish labor law and collective agreements.
• Good skills in Excel.

It is a merit if you have experience as a payroll consultant at an agency and experience working with systems such as Visma 600 and Fortnox. It is also advantageous if you have worked with HR administration.
