Home Furnishing Nordic is one of Northern Europe's largest e-commerce retailers in furniture and interior design and is part of the BHG Group. Our brand portfolio includes Trademax, Furniturebox, and Chilli – one of Sweden's most well-known and appreciated interior brands, especially among influencers.

We are now looking for a Social Media Manager with a focus on Influencer Marketing for a temporary position of at least 12 months, starting April 1, 2026.

About the role

This is a role for you who want to take the next step in influencer marketing and social media – while also getting a foot in the BHG Group. The temporary position is an opportunity to showcase your skills, take significant responsibility, and create value in a high-competence and fast-paced team.

The majority of your focus will be on influencer marketing, where you will work closely with our brand Chilli and the Swedish market. Chilli is an established and sought-after brand in interior design, making the role particularly enjoyable – you will work with influencers who already want to collaborate with us.

In addition to influencer marketing, you will also work with social media, primarily related to paid advertising, where you will work with all our brands in the Nordic market.

You will be part of our online marketing team and report to the Head of Online Marketing.

What you will do

  • Build and develop relationships with influencers

  • Drive collaborations from contact and negotiation to publication and follow-up

  • Ensure that influencer collaborations maintain high quality and strengthen the brand

  • Work with paid advertising on social media for our brands in the Nordics

  • Follow up and optimize campaigns against set goals

  • Order and specify content from internal resources

Who we believe you are

You have already worked with influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing and feel confident in the basics. You are not completely new to the field – but you also don't need to be senior.

You are communicative, relationship-building, and enjoy working both operationally and structurally. You like to take responsibility, drive your own work, and want to develop in a commercial role where results matter.

We believe you have

  • Experience in influencer marketing and/or paid social

  • Understanding of how social media is used commercially

  • Good sense of tone and communication in digital channels

  • Ability to maintain structure and manage multiple parallel collaborations

  • A genuine interest in social media, influencers, and trends

Experience from e-commerce is an advantage but not a requirement.
