The role of Sales Executive / Key Account Manager – Trucks has overall responsibility for the sales and business development of new and used trucks, with a particular focus on strategically important customers (Key Accounts).
The assignment spans the entire value chain – from prospecting and needs analysis to negotiation, delivery follow-up, and long-term relationships.
The role combines operational sales power with strategic customer responsibility, where the goal is to maximize customer lifetime value, secure repeat business, and position the company as a long-term business partner rather than just a supplier.
Key Account Management - Strategic Customer Responsibility
Have a clear overall responsibility for selected key customers, focusing on long-term business development in a geographically predetermined area.
Develop and execute customer plans (Account Plans) that include growth targets, upselling, loyalty, and collaboration initiatives.
Act as a strategic advisor to the customer on issues related to fleet management, total cost of ownership (TCO), financing, service arrangements, and future needs.
Coordinate internal resources (workshop, finance, bodybuilders, support functions) to deliver a cohesive and competitive offering.
In this role, you will actively work with proactive sales and long-term business relationships. Since each deal may involve complex solutions, modifications, and technical adaptations, you will also function as a project manager coordinating multiple parties in the process.
Your main responsibilities are to:
Drive the entire sales process, including trade-ins and contract negotiations.
Proactively target new customers and develop existing customer relationships.
Advise on products, equipment, modifications, and financing solutions.
Collaborate with the workshop, vehicle administration, and external bodybuilders for smooth deliveries.
Participate in events, test drives, and sales events.
Stay updated on the market, competitors, and industry trends.
Key Competencies/Abilities

Furthermore, we see that you have:
Several years of experience in proactive sales, preferably in B2B.
Understanding of corporate business and the economic impact of deals.
Good planning and organizational skills.
Class B driver's license (C/CE is a plus).
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
If you also have experience in truck sales or technical sales, we see it as a plus!
