Job Description

As a claims advisor, you will be responsible for contact with the workshop's customers throughout the entire process and provide support and guidance. Our customers should feel that they have received a professional response and excellent service before, during, and after their visit.

Your main tasks will include; booking customers, receiving the customer's car, pricing completed work, and finally reviewing the completed work with the customer when handing over the customer's car. You will also work with value-added sales, assess warranty claims, process customer complaints, handle insurance damages, and guide customers in technical questions. Therefore, we expect you to have a strong interest in cars. In addition to your personal customer interaction, the computer and its systems will be your primary work tools.

Qualifications

  • You are aware of what good service means.
  • High stress tolerance.
  • Previous experience in service professions.
  • Approved high school education.
  • Good administrative skills.
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of the Office suite.
  • You have at least a B driver's license. Manual transmission is a requirement.
  • Fluency in Swedish both spoken and written, as well as English to read manuals and communicate with tourist customers.

Meritorious

  • Documented experience in similar tasks
  • Strong interest and some experience in the automotive industry
  • Automotive technical education
  • Experience working in Automaster; CABAS, CABplan, ELSA, and ETKA
  • Trained and certified damage estimator according to CVDA
  • Experience and knowledge of any of our brands (Volkswagen, Seat, Skoda, Audi).

It is important that you are a problem solver, as you will encounter different types of people and situations in this role. You are attentive and know what you need to do to create a personal relationship with the customer and meet their needs.
