Responsibilities
As a technical sales representative at El-Watch, you will be a key person in our focus on the Swedish market. You will be responsible for building and developing customer relationships primarily within the industry, where you offer solutions that create real value for our customers. The role involves driving the entire sales process, from the first contact to the completed deal, and working closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver professional advice. You will have significant responsibility for your sales budget and actively contribute to our growth through various sales activities.
Examples of responsibilities
- Conduct presentations and discuss technical solutions with customers
- Proactively seek, create, build, and maintain relationships with future and current customers
- Participate in trade shows and other corporate and industry events
- Provide professional advice and problem-solving in close collaboration with the customer
In the role of technical sales representative, you will work from home or from an office location in Lund or Malmö. You will report to the CCO. The role involves approximately 50 - 75 overnight stays per year. Initially, travel will primarily be within Sweden, but there may also be international travel in connection with trade shows, and the area may expand to other countries in the future.

"I work with a good mix of sales, marketing, customer follow-up, and technical discussions regarding the further development of our products. A lot of time is spent on customer meetings via Teams, as most of my customers are outside Scandinavia. In addition, I spend a lot of time developing new and further developing existing applications for our customers, based on insights into their challenges and the opportunities available with El-Watch's products.

Your profile
For the role of technical sales representative, we are looking for a communicative and solution-oriented person with a genuine interest in sales and industrial processes. You enjoy building long-term relationships and have the ability to understand customer needs to create value. The role requires you to be self-motivated, energetic, and have a positive attitude, while also functioning well in a team. Experience in industry or industrial sales is a significant plus.
