Rental Support at Victoriahem

About the Position

In the role of Rental Support, you will gain a unique insight into parts of the rental process, with a particularly strong emphasis on the areas where your service-oriented approach truly shines. Your tasks will include contacting potential tenants about the value of choosing our homes. You will:

• Actively call new customers who have expressed interest in being contacted, aiming to build trust and stimulate rentals
• Work with both incoming and outgoing calls to ensure quick and personal contact with potential tenants
• Be prepared to handle customer service tasks and answer questions from both existing and potential tenants

The position is a consulting assignment through Adecco with immediate start. Working hours are flexibly scheduled Monday-Sunday, and you will work as needed. We also expect you to be available to work during Christmas and summer.

About You

We are looking for someone who combines a strong sales instinct with a genuine sense of service. You are goal-oriented and service-minded, seeking a long-term part-time job. You can work at least two days a week and are available to work full-time during Christmas and summer. We prefer that you have previous experience in customer contact. You are computer literate and can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems. We see that you have the ability to build relationships and create trust – both with our tenants and your colleagues! To succeed in this role, you need to have good communication skills, be solution-focused, structured, meticulous, and have an eye for detail. To thrive in the role, you should appreciate having many points of contact, have a positive attitude, and contribute to a good atmosphere in the workplace.

• You are a student with at least 50% study pace and at least three semesters left
• You enjoy working with people and have the ability to quickly build strong relationships
• You are communicative, persuasive, and have a natural ability to sell ideas – both in Swedish and English
• Experience in customer contact and a background in goal-oriented work is advantageous
