We are now looking for an employee to join Dansani AB at our office in Ystad – a central role with many points of contact and varied tasks.

About the Role

You will play an important role in the daily collaboration between customers, salespeople, and the parent company's internal departments. You will work closely with the sales manager and be a key person in customer dialogue, marketing support, and order management.

Some of your tasks:

• Customer service, order management, and service cases as well as dialogue with salespeople and preparation of quotes in collaboration with the sales manager.

• KAM-assisting tasks and administrative support to the sales manager.

• Translation, proofreading, and production of marketing and communication materials, including campaigns, social media, and newsletters.

• Preparation of presentations and marketing materials for customers, primarily chains.

• Coordination and collaboration with colleagues in Denmark and the parent company's internal departments.

• Planning and proposing customer exhibitions, roll-outs, and trade shows, including drawings in Spark Vision.

• Participation in the development, implementation, and follow-up of new processes and initiatives.

• Administration, reporting, and follow-up in Salesforce as well as preparation of sales statistics.

Your Profile

You are structured, meticulous, and service-minded. You thrive in a role with many parallel tasks and find it easy to collaborate with different people.

We would like you to:

• Have excellent knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing and understand Danish, or alternatively have good knowledge of English.

• Be engaged, responsible, and communicative with a solution-oriented approach.

• Work independently, in a structured and quality-conscious manner, and thrive in a flexible and dynamic everyday environment.

We sell our products through the country's leading players in plumbing and building supplies.
