We are looking for an experienced and confident HR consultant with a focus on recruitment for the Health, Care, and Social Services Administration in the City of Malmö. This position is suitable for you who have worked broadly with recruitment, are accustomed to a fast pace and large volumes, and have a good understanding of labor law and recruitment in the public sector.
About the Assignment
The Recruitment Service supports managers throughout the recruitment process, from needs analysis to decision-making documentation. The work is characterized by high volumes, short lead times, and extensive administration, where quality, structure, and legal security are crucial.
In this role, you will work both independently and as part of a team. You will be operationally responsible for several parallel recruitments, sometimes in close collaboration with colleagues in the team and sometimes with full responsibility in direct cooperation with the hiring manager. At the same time, you will serve as a qualified support to managers in both methodological and labor law issues related to recruitment.
Job Responsibilities
As an HR consultant focusing on recruitment, you will among other things:
- Drive and ensure the quality of our recruitment processes together with the team
- Work as part of a team in our volume recruitments as well as independently in management and specialist recruitments
- Be a qualified, consultative support to managers in recruitment strategy, selection, interviews, assessments, and decisions
- Ensure that recruitments are conducted legally, equitably, and in line with labor law, discrimination legislation, and internal guidelines
- Work systematically with selection, testing, reference checks, and necessary controls, with a clear connection to the requirement profile and documented assessment
- Be responsible for and structure recruitment administration in our systems, focusing on quality and efficiency
- Actively contribute to the development and improvement of working methods, processes, and digital support, particularly related to the streamlining of volume recruitment and quality in more complex assignments
Qualifications
Requirements:
- University education of at least 180 credits in HR, PA, behavioral science, labor law, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience working as an HR consultant, recruiter, or equivalent role with a primary focus on operational recruitment
- Experience in recruitment within the public sector or another politically governed organization, alternatively very good documented knowledge of the regulations and principles governing recruitment in public operations.
- Documented experience of volume recruitment with several parallel processes and short lead times, where you have had independent operational responsibility
- Good knowledge of labor law related to recruitment
- Experience working consultatively with managers
- Very good Swedish in speech and writing
- Good system familiarity and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new digital tools
Meritorious:
- Experience with recruitment systems, such as ReachMee, Varbi, Teamtailor, or similar
- Experience working with the development or improvement of recruitment processes
- Interest in digitalization and streamlining HR work
