The company is based in Hässleholm and currently has locations in Perstorp, Höör, Sösdala, Hörby, Tyringe, Örkelljunga, and three areas in Malmö. As a receptionist at Hälsoprofilen, you will work closely with our members in the gym, as well as handle simpler administrative tasks related to the business.

We are now looking for a person to join Hälsoprofilen in Höör and Hörby who wants to work with people and provide our members with the best possible customer service and ensure that they are actively training.

Responsibilities as a Receptionist:

• Reception work during staffed opening hours.
• Introduce new members to their training through our training concepts and conduct training sessions
• Ensure that members are active in their training and assist them in getting back on track if they lose their routine
• Upselling our products and services
• Managing social media

To succeed as a Receptionist with us, you should have:

• Experience in customer service
• A genuine interest in fitness and health
• Discipline and the ability to plan your time
• Good structure in your daily work and the ability to handle tasks that arise on short notice
• Traits such as being positive, outgoing, and social

You are responsible and structured in your work. You also have an ability to see details and take initiative in matters concerning the daily operations of the facility. You will work closely with our Site Manager.

About the Employment: Probationary employment

Working Hours: Varied, but mostly evening work Mon-Thurs.

Salary Type: Hourly wage
