JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will work closely with managers and the organization, providing important administrative support in daily operations. Your tasks are broad and varied and may include personnel administration, staffing issues, scheduling, and working in our administrative systems. You will handle ongoing administrative tasks related to HR, finance, and operational support, as well as contribute to recruitment and onboarding of new employees.

The role also involves supporting managers by coordinating and following up on administrative processes, such as meetings, decisions, and planned actions. You contribute to smooth communication both internally and externally and play an active role in developing and improving routines and working methods within the organization.

As an administrator with management support responsibilities, you are a key person who creates structure, continuity, and conditions for the organization to function effectively and with high quality.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has completed high school education, preferably with additional administrative post-secondary education or equivalent. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required. Familiarity with different scheduling models and agreements regulating working hours in healthcare, as well as experience working in the personnel administrative system HR-fönstret/Tessa, is an advantage.
