We are now strengthening our team with a Digital Marketing Specialist who wants to take a comprehensive approach to our digital presence and e-commerce – and help us scale a business that creates clear results and makes a real difference.

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing and developing our e-commerce. You will primarily work operationally but also coordinate some tasks, meaning you will do a lot yourself while collaborating with external partners where needed (e.g., advertising, development, etc.). The role is broad and varied and suits you who thrive in a smaller company where you have mandate, responsibility, and variety.

You will report directly to the CEO.

Your main responsibilities

You will work to drive, develop, and improve our digital marketing and e-commerce, including:

• Managing daily operations and improvements of our website and e-commerce
• Planning and executing digital marketing activities and campaigns (and simpler offline efforts if needed)
• Developing our digital presence and platforms for increased visibility and conversion
• Creating and publishing content (e.g., landing pages, product texts, news, cases, simpler graphics/text)
• Creating and publishing content on social media in a way that builds brand and creates business value
• Working with email marketing and automated flows (newsletters, campaigns, follow-ups)
• Tracking results and using data to continuously improve efforts
• Managing and following up on digital customer inquiries (B2B) and ensuring they are taken further internally
• Working with SEO/SEM at a level where you can drive improvements, coordinate efforts, and track results

Who we are looking for

We believe you are a person who combines marketing understanding with structure and execution power. You enjoy working independently and have good confidence in making your own decisions. Additionally, you have a good business sense and like to get things done.

You work meticulously and structured, but can also be efficient and act quickly in situations that require it. With your ability to take initiative, you are used to contributing new ideas and concepts based on your previous experiences. As a person, you are humble and unpretentious, while also being self-driven and taking responsibility for your tasks. To thrive in this role, we also see that you enjoy both ad-hoc tasks and more long-term projects.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or communication
• Good ability to write clear and persuasive texts in Swedish and English
• Familiarity with web/e-commerce and content publishing (e.g., WordPress/WooCommerce or similar)
• Experience in lead generation
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and drive work independently
• Good ability to absorb technical information

Meritorious:

• Experience in SEO/advertising (Google Ads or similar)
• Experience with email tools and automation
• Experience in B2B marketing or technical products/services

We are flexible regarding your educational background. You may have a degree from a university, college, or vocational training in a relevant field. Alternatively, you may have acquired equivalent knowledge through experience in similar tasks and responsibilities. Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is a requirement.

As Korrosionsgruppen is a smaller company, it is important that everyone helps where needed, which may mean that you will sometimes assist with tasks such as order management, shipping, or other practical tasks.
