We are looking for an experienced consultant in management team development for an organization in social psychiatry. The assignment involves supporting the operations manager and management team in an organizational change where new roles and more unit managers are introduced. The focus is on creating a clear, well-functioning management structure with a common purpose, effective collaboration areas, and a more process-oriented working method.

The management team consists of managers and support functions and faces an increased need for coordination, especially between units with similar assignments in housing and housing support.

• Facilitate work around the management team's common purpose and task.
• Support the clarification of roles, responsibilities, and expectations in the new organization.
• Develop effective meeting formats and decision-making structures, including clarity on which issues are prepared and decided in different forums and how the forums are linked together.
• Guide the management team in balancing common governance/coordination and local adaptations between units.
• Strengthen the ability to work process-oriented, improve implementation, and follow-up on results.
• Contribute with methodologies and working methods that support the change process over time.

• Solid experience in management team development.
• University degree in behavioral science.

• Own managerial experience, preferably from both the private and public sectors.
