About the position

As a claims advisor, you play a key role in our claims operations. You are responsible for ensuring that each claim and warranty case is handled professionally, efficiently, and with the customer in focus. We are looking for someone with experience as a claims advisor or other relevant background in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will work with:

• Inspection and assessment of damaged vehicles

• Handling of claims and warranty cases

• Preparation of quotes, invoicing, and quality controls

• Booking, planning, and coordination of work, both internally and externally

• Ongoing customer contacts and dialogue with insurance companies

• Close collaboration with claims coaches and claims teams

Qualifications

You have good automotive knowledge with several years of industry experience. Experience and knowledge of the claims process, as well as good computer skills and familiarity with the calculation and planning system Cabas/Cabplan, are advantageous.

A B driver's license is required.

Employment type, scope, and location
