About the job

VoB Syd has about 100 employees distributed across six treatment units, management, and staff functions. As an HR generalist, you will act as an expert and work closely with managers and leadership on all HR matters within the company. You will be the process leader for the company's guidelines and processes within HR and will keep yourself and others in the company updated on legislation and working methods. You will also support managers in their daily work with rehabilitation, recruitment, and systematic work environment efforts. You will coordinate the annual salary process and assist in negotiations and union cooperation in connection with, for example, organizational changes. You will ensure compliance with laws and collective agreements.

Organizationally, you belong to the company's administrative staff, where you, together with the financial administrator and payroll and personnel administrator, report to the CFO.

Your workplace will be our headquarters, located centrally in Malmö, just a few minutes' walk from the central station.

About you

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in a broad HR role and a relevant academic degree in HR or another education that the employer finds equivalent. You have worked operationally with the entire HR area. Knowledge and experience of labor law issues and negotiations are particularly meritorious.

You have a strong business perspective and understand how HR can create value and contribute to the organization's success. You are accustomed to owning and driving processes, as well as having good administrative skills.

As a person, you are communicative, relationship-building, and confident in building trust. Your analytical ability, flexibility, and courage to challenge allow you to navigate complex situations and drive development in a safe and constructive manner.
