About the Job
You will work with the processing and investigation of cases that vary in scope and complexity. Some cases are simple and quick, while others take more time. You will either work with national company registration, international company registration, VAT refunds, or multiple areas simultaneously and need to be able to switch between both tasks and work pace. With the support of laws and regulations, you will assess documentation, investigate, analyze, and make decisions. You will have many customer contacts via phone, email, and letters, and many of these contacts require you to feel comfortable using English. The content, breadth, and complexity of the work are determined by the needs of the organization and your competence.
You will plan your work and drive your cases both independently and in collaboration with others. In teamwork, your contribution is important, and you need to take responsibility and participate in the common work moving forward. In the processing, you will make independent decisions, but during the investigation, you are open to both giving and receiving support from your colleagues. Alongside your tasks, we are constantly working to develop and improve our operations.
We have flexible working hours, and it is a given for us that you should have a balance between work and leisure.
You will belong to the Corporate Tax Unit 1 in the Corporate Tax Department. Your placement is in Malmö.
About You

You should also have:
- an ongoing (at least 60 approved credits) or recently completed university education of at least 180 credits in economics or law.
- Current and relevant work experience in interacting with people from diverse backgrounds via phone and email, for example from public service, agencies, insurance companies, banks, or similar.
It is desirable that you have current and relevant work experience in administrative or processing work, for example from public service, agencies, insurance companies, banks, or similar. It is also desirable if you have current and relevant work experience at the Swedish Tax Agency.
Good to Know
The employment is temporary from May 18 to August 14.
The employment is full-time. There is the possibility of taking a few days off after consultation with the responsible manager.
In this job, due to the nature of the tasks, there is no possibility to work from home.
