As a company, we are not afraid to work outside traditional frameworks and are passionate about what we do. We are now looking for a new job coach who wants to join us on our crazy journey in the Rusta and Matcha assignment together with driven and engaged colleagues.

The job essentially means that you take on a two-in-one role! You work closely with job seekers to strengthen their opportunities to enter the workforce, while also working on the important task of matching your participants with the right companies through your existing employer contacts and your ability to create new ones. You do not follow the stream; instead, you are resourceful, want to develop and grow, and create your own methods and tools to achieve set goals. No day is the same, and you should be able to work at a fast pace. What distinguishes you is that you have a sales mindset and are not afraid to take initiative.

As a qualified job coach, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 180 completed higher education credits in relevant education such as HR/recruitment, study and career guidance, behavioral science, and at least two years of full-time work experience in the last five years.

Or

• At least one year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least a passing grade and at least three years of full-time work experience in a similar field.
