Kooperativet Vilja is a user cooperative for individuals with disabilities in need of personal assistance. We are looking for someone interested in working at our office in Staffanstorp.

We seek someone with good communication skills, who is attentive, flexible, and unpretentious. It is important that you can collaborate as we are only three in the office. You will be responsible for recruitment, contract writing, schedule control, travel agreements, rehabilitation meetings, assisting with our activities, and conducting training sessions, to name a few. Personal suitability is highly valued.

It is advantageous if you have knowledge of personal assistance and our system support Assistansstöd.

Vilja was founded in 1994 and currently has 24 members entitled to assistance and approximately 200 employees, including team leaders, personal assistants, and office staff.

Indefinite

50% with the possibility of up to 75%

6 months probationary employment. Start as soon as possible
