We are now looking for customer service representatives for our client in Malmö, starting this autumn. In your daily work, you will work towards the team's set goals for service and customer satisfaction. Your main tools are the phone and computer, where you will answer incoming calls and handle inquiries via email and chat.

You will be part of a cheerful team that has a genuine interest in service, while also being in a developing and learning environment. The customer service department actively works to provide each customer with a positive experience.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with experience in service, perhaps from another industry, who is now ready to take the next step and try something new. To succeed in this role, you are driven by meeting and helping customers in a professional manner and motivated by working towards set goals. You are communicative and have an easy time understanding the customer's needs, as well as being attentive to both customers and your colleagues.
