Part-time Check-in Staff Position in Trelleborg

Are you service-oriented and enjoy going the extra mile? Do you want a dynamic part-time job that easily fits with your studies?

We are now looking for students who want to work 1–2 days a week in our check-in department in Trelleborg. Here, you will be part of a team that provides our guests with a warm welcome and ensures that their journey begins in the best possible way.

As a check-in staff member, you will work with guest services in many different forms – from greeting and checking in passengers to creating a pleasant atmosphere in the terminal and managing departures. Every day is varied, eventful, and filled with encounters with people from all over the world.

There are good opportunities for more shifts as well as summer jobs and extended work during peak season.

Some Responsibilities:

  • Greet, check-in, and book passengers
  • Manage departures
  • Contribute to a pleasant atmosphere in the terminal

What We Can Offer You

You will become part of a close-knit team that supports each other, shares many laughs, and always strives to provide guests with the best possible experience.

Working hours vary with both early mornings and late evenings, including weekends. This provides a flexible schedule that is perfect for you as a student or someone looking for a job that can be combined with studies or other commitments.

Who Are You?

At Stena Line, your personality is just as important as your skills. Regardless of your role with us, welcoming, caring, and reliable behaviors guide you in your daily work and the challenges you may face.

We believe you are a star in customer service! You are friendly, approachable, and have an easy time connecting with others, making every guest feel welcome. Taking responsibility for your tasks is natural for you, and you learn new things easily. You contribute to good teamwork while also having your own drive to push the business forward. As a person, you are mature and confident, drawn to challenges, and always want to deliver fantastic service to our guests.

Qualifications:

  • At least 18 years old
  • High school education
  • Currently studying
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as we have many international guests

Preferred:

  • Driving license (B)
  • Work experience in service, travel industry, or logistics
  • Additional language skills
  • Since the job involves shift work, it is preferred if you live near our port, as it can facilitate commuting during inconvenient hours.
